No one understands an addict better than a fellow addict, who has been through similar experiences and the same psychological trauma, based on which concept, recovering addicts came together and established Arpan Foundation.

On first hand experience after inception, it became evident, that standard procedures prevailing in India and abroad, dished out as therapeutic measures for rehabilitation by themselves, will not suffice and to cater to the multi demographic profile of a country as diversified as India, it was decided to blend universal soothers like love, care, peace, serenity, family bonds and spirituality, which today, in our foundation has amalgamated into forming a “Discipline-with-utmost ease” concept.

We at the foundation strive all the time to acclimatize the program to suit the local population’s preference as much as possible, while simultaneously keeping abreast of latest developments worldwide in the field of addiction/rehabilitation.

Current Location

We are situated in a plot admeasuring approximately five acres of land in a serene, peaceful and traffic free remote area surrounded by a few hillocks right in the heart of pollution free Mother Nature amidst sylvan surroundings. The natural under ground water and the taste of the home grown vegetables and fruits (in a limited manner though) sans pesticides, for captive consumption is a see it to believe aspect. During monsoons the scenery with adjoining cascades, rivulets by receding rainwater and all around greenery is breathtaking making the place a virtual spa.

Infrastructure

We are well equipped with two offices for Operations and Administration with the necessary paraphernalia. We have a dormitory, self content special rooms and V.I.P. rooms with cable T.V. to cater to inmates as per affordability. We have copious amount of suppliers for daily essentials. We have in-house a paramedical structure for routine and emergency requirements if any, along with a 24x7 transport facility and the remoteness for the betterment of the recovery of the inmates is a matter of choice and all loose ends have been comprehensively tied up with “PLAN-B’s” in place.
